To win, the winner must be the first person to find him and say the secret phrase. The secret phrase can only be found on the Visit Dallas Facebook Page.

WHICH MEANS… EVERYONE IN GREEN BAY THIS WEEKEND WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO THE SUPER BOWL!

Exclusive clues to the Mystery Man’s  location at certain times during the day will be posted on this site starting Friday morning.
